Wellness Care Program
Wellness Care is a program providing a non-medical holistic care approach to your loved one at the comfort of your home so that you can have your own time away with peaceful mind. The exceptional care provided by our dedicated Care Aide includes physical activities, socialisation, medical escort and fulfilling the daily activity needs such as showering, mobility, grooming and transferring during the care visit.

Home Missy
One of a kind, Home Missy is here not only to perform nursing procedures at your home, but also to educate you and keep you away from the hospital stay through our assessment. Missy consultation is one of the services that allows care recipients and caregivers to share any care issues faced or whenever you need a listening ear. We hope to assist you by providing some useful information and care tips through the conversation.

Specialised Care & Support
Dialysis Wellness Support Program (Peritoneal Dialysis) runs by a team of specialised renal nurses to ensure you start and manage well in PD home dialysis through a periodic home visit, respite care, counselling and many more. We are here for you through your journey with PD therapy.

3. Can I make cancellations or changes to my booking?
Yes, we understand that changes to your appointment may be necessary due to the changing needs of your family and situation. Thus, please contact us to reschedule or cancel your current appointments by calling us at 90056050.
If you would like to make any changes to your appointment during the booking, such as extending the timing or cutting short a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as well. Please note that the extension is subject to the nurse availability on duty and all extensions will be charged at the prevailing prices.
As our nurse have set aside time for your confirmed appointment, cancellations or changes will incur the following charges below if made after the stated timings.
Cancellation or Amendment after matched charges: $50
4. Can I contact the assigned nurse?
No, we are unable to divulge the personal phone numbers of our nurses. For urgent matters, please reach out to TLCS at 90056050. They will assist in conveying your message to your assigned nurse, and vice versa.
5. Can I choose or request for a specific nurse?
Should you have a preference for a specific nurse, please let us know during your booking and we will do our best to assign them to you. However, please understand that the assignment is subject to the nurses’ availability as well.
All our nurses have gone through stringent interviews and assessments with us, please be assured that every nurse assigned to you is qualified!
In rare cases, you might have had an experience with a nurse whom you deem unsuitable (did not fulfil patient’s care needs or otherwise). Please feedback to us and we will not assign the nurse to your cases moving forward.
